Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion - Financial Consultant with a deep understanding of core financial modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial setup, chart of accounts, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and financial reporting customization. You will be responsible for handling queries independently, supporting an implemented solution, and managing enhancements and changes. Additionally, you will manage purchase orders, project budgets, and expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and sponsors.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and targets.
- Coordinate resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Set up and maintain financial modules, including chart of accounts, general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Customize financial reports such as balance sheets, income and expenditure statements, profit and loss accounts, etc.
- Provide ongoing support for an existing Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, addressing user queries and resolving issues.
- Manage purchase orders, project budgets, and expenses, ensuring they align with organizational needs and policies.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement enhancements and modifications to the financial solution.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
- In-depth knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Payable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reports.
- Strong understanding of financial statements such as income & expenditure, balance sheet, and profit & loss.
- Ability to independently resolve issues and manage all queries related to financial setups.
- Experience in managing purchase orders and project budgets/expenses.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications Relevant certifications (Oracle Cloud ERP Financials 2023 Certified Implementation Specialist, OCI, OFC-Financial Reporting 2023 Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
- Experience with IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies, and a basic understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
